A Rustic Chic Retreat...

A week of Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Barre & meditation, and the last of the summer sun with our team.

A warm welcome, expert teachers and deliciousnutritious food, this retreat was an opportunity to relax and have fun while taking care of mind and body.

A typical day

8am Light healthy breakfast (nuts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee...)

 

8.30am Morning Pilates by the pool with Emma 

9.30 am Cardio Barre Workout 

11.00am Brunch 

Freetime, chill by the pool and massages !

5.00pm Beachfront Yoga with Nadine in Javea

Massage Therapist

Kalon Co-founder Emma is an ex-Royal Ballet School student, professional ballerina & dancer at the Moulin Rouge.

Today, Emma is an experienced BASI Pilates instructor and Massage Therapist trained in Paris and London. She created the Cardio Barre technique for Kalon to help clients develop long, lean muscles just like dancers.

Whether you are advanced or beginner, she will take you through your paces to achieve your personal best. 

James

Retreat Coordinator

Ballet & Stretching Coach

First soloist dancer at the English National Ballet, James will help you tone, strengthen and lengthen with his optional beginners Ballet & Body Conditioning classes.

After completing a degree in Management and Leadership, James joined Kalon in 2018 to bring his unique expertise to the team and support the running of the business.

Don't worry if you've never tried ballet before or you are not the flexible type; James will help you achieve your personal best in a friendly, fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Nadine

Yoga Instructor

Nadine is an experienced and qualified Hatha, Vinyasa and Nidra Yoga instructor, and the founder of House of Yoga Jávea. 

An ex-professional dancer at the Lido de Paris, today Nadine loves sharing her passion for the practice of Yoga with those around her, and always does so with a smile!

 

Your classes with her in Spain will take place at the Villa, her stunning studio and on the beach.
